L04 Plan

LO4  What makes it suitable for DRFC fans? Colour - why do you have the red stripes? Why have DRFC logo in top left? What makes it suitable for a mainstream football fan? Why did you cutout Euan and Jack for the large image? Edited colour & contrast. How is your advert realistic? Why did you make the YouTube video effect on P3? Why did you choose the fonts you did?

LO4 Report

The post production techniques I used created meaning in my product because I used bright, friendly colours which shows it is a vibrant, upbeat magazine made so the fans can enjoy reading it.   I used a layer style and specifically drop shadow and stroke to large text as it helps make titles and headings stand out. The opacity is how clear it is, the distance is how far away from the text and the size is how big it is on the text. I can also add this to drawn out boxes as I did for the holder of the masthead. This makes the title strand out and catch the audience's attention.  I used a text wrap so that the text on the interview page does not overlap with the box also on that page. This gives the magazine a more authentic and professional look which will appeal to my audience more
